Recently featured in Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms magazine, the project demonstrates how intelligent design can create a home that feels both luxurious and highly functional for modern family living.
When Cor Domi designer Hannah Stanford first approached the project, the brief centred around improving flow, increasing storage and creating stronger connections between the home’s key living spaces. The existing kitchen felt disconnected from the rest of the house, prompting a complete reconfiguration that relocated it to the rear of the property where it could better serve family life.
At the heart of the home sits a beautifully crafted kitchen designed around balance. Warm neutral cabinetry is paired with rich chocolate-toned joinery and dramatic Arabescato Paonazzo porcelain surfaces, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming environment. A waterfall island provides a natural focal point, while carefully zoned areas for cooking, entertaining and everyday family routines ensure the space functions seamlessly throughout the day.
Storage and organisation were central to the design approach. A walk-through pantry accessed through an elegant arched opening acts as an extension of the kitchen, incorporating dedicated drawers, shelving and bespoke storage solutions tailored to the family’s needs.
Beyond the kitchen, Cor Domi designed bespoke joinery throughout the property, including a drinks bar with reeded glass cabinetry, custom bedroom storage, built-in seating, dressing room cabinetry and a luxurious ensuite featuring fluted oak cabinetry paired with striking marble surfaces.
The result is a home where every detail has been carefully considered. By combining timeless craftsmanship, premium materials and intelligent space planning, Bellevue demonstrates how bespoke joinery can elevate everyday living while creating a home designed to evolve with family life.
