Interestingly, Jonathan’s career did not begin in architecture or interior design. His background was in high-end residential acquisitions, where he repeatedly encountered a challenge many homeowners still face today: fragmented project delivery.
Architects, interior designers and contractors often worked independently, creating unnecessary handovers, communication challenges and a lack of accountability throughout the design and construction process.
Project London was created to solve this problem by bringing architecture, interiors and project delivery together under one roof. This integrated approach has since become a defining characteristic of the business, allowing clients to benefit from a seamless experience from concept through to completion.
As the bespoke joinery and kitchen division of the group, Cor Domi shares the same philosophy. Every project is built around collaboration, craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each space feels both highly functional and deeply personal to the client.
Reflecting on the company’s growth, Jonathan highlighted the team as one of his proudest achievements. What began as a start-up has evolved into a multidisciplinary studio of more than 30 professionals, delivering luxury residential projects across London and internationally.
The expansion into Dubai marked another significant milestone, demonstrating the growing demand for the studio’s integrated approach to architecture, interiors and bespoke design.
